Under the guidance of honourable chairperson Mrs. Manpreet Kaur Bhogal(R.E.C),Dr. Vyoma Bhogal Dhatt(Director of R.E.C),Mrs. Ravneet Bhogal Kalra(Addl. Director),S. Bhupinder Singh Virdi (Executive member,R.E.C) and Sh. Mukesh Kant(Chief Accontant,R.E.C) the Distt. level youth festival held at Ramgarhia Polytechnic College,Phagwara on 18th March 2017 which was organized by Assistant Director Youth Services Punjab.
