His goal was to be a Karamyogi and a person of steadfast wisdom to transform education, to endeavor to relate it to the life, needs and aspirations of the people and thereby make it a powerful instrument of social, economic and cultural retransformation, necessary for the realization of our national goals.

Our Ex President S. Pritam Singh Bhogal, blessed with superior mental ability characterized by sound judgment, deep intuition, logical reasoning and executive and organizing ability, had been piloting Ramgarhia Educational Institutions since 1977. He was always looked for guidance, counsel & inspiration. To be able to understand and handle educational situations, to inspire the staff with words of wisdom, to enjoy high esteem and reputation and to maintain interest and leadership in academic sphere, he possessed a great magnitude of emotional stability and general scholarship. He had broad-based administrative-management training in the wide field of education from his father Late President S Mela Singh Bhogal. He was abreast with modern movements in education. With his progressive outlook he was bold enough to put into practice the ideas which after mature consideration he believed, will result in improving the life of Ramgarhia Educational Institutions.

He is a ‘Karamyogi’ who believes in renunciation in action. his sparking eyes analyze all with incision at the very first meeting, his ways of dealing the situations are steady, quite, least offensive but extremely effective.

A brilliant and energetic person, he was born on 3l October 1956. He was very good at studies as well as in games. He did M.A. (History) and MA. (P0LSc.) and was awarded Gold Medal. He didn’t stop here and passed LL.B in first class.
While in school/college, he took active part in co-curricular activities and games like Table Tennis, Chess and played Cricket at University level.
He started practice at Bar in the year 1984 and deal with Civil, Revenue and Matrimonial cases at Tehsil and District Kapurthala level. He was elected president Bar Association Phagwara unanimously for 9 years during the period 1992-2000, which is a record in itself in the history of Bar Association, Phagwara. He again unanimously Elected President Bar Council Association Phagwara 2008.
He took active part in Lions Club (Model Town) Phagwara and served two terms as President. He was elected Zone Chairman and subsequently as Regional Chairman of Governing Body. He was elected as a special invitee of Distt. 321-D Lions Club.
He is remaning actively engaged in his professional and Ramgarhia Community activities.
He was nominated to Executive Committee of Ramgarhia Educational Council in 1981 as Joint Secretary and as General Secretary in 1984. He took over the reins of President/Chairman, Ramgarhia Educational Council and Ramgarhia educational institutions (both technical and non-technical, more than a dozen) Phagwara in 2006. Happily married to Ms.Manpreet Kaur and has two daughters Vyoma and Ravneet.
